Refund policy

For returns on apparel: Please contact Kayla at (707)318-0830 to contact the print on demand company, Tapstitch, to resolve any issues. I will need the order number, photos, where relevant, of the issues. All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Tapstitch does not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items. If your refund request is confirmed, Tapstitch will return the money to the account used to pay for the order in the currency it was initially bought in.
